Dr. Fox’s expertise and compassion shines through in his patients at the Rena Rowan Breast Center at Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center. For his excellence in oncology, the PA Breast Cancer Coalition will award Dr. Fox with the Potamkin Prize at the 2014 Conference on October 13 in Harrisburg.
